Montessori Crib Mobiles
A crib mobile is the first thing a baby looks at on purpose. It has one job: to move slowly, at the right distance, above a child who cannot yet reach it. Everything here is cut, stitched and assembled by hand in wool felt on a light wood hoop, with no batteries, no lights and no sound.
Five themes, each with its own designs. The optional beech arm clamps onto the crib rail with a wooden screw, so nothing is drilled and nothing is fixed to the wall.
Before you hang one
- Hang it well out of your baby's reach, and take it down once they start pushing up on their hands.
- Spot clean only. Wool felt does not go in the washing machine.
- Off the crib, most of them hang as wall decor above a shelf or a reading corner.
After the mobile
